Bryan Nadeau is a Strategic Leadership Advisor concentrating in areas of executive and team coaching. He partners with all types of businesses and non-profits to build and grow their leaders and teams to drive success. His current clients include executives at Fortune 500 companies, startups, major academic institutions, and non-profits with special focus on strategic planning, engaging high-performing teams, building purposeful organizational culture, and maintaining employee morale in the face of disruptive change. Results include a clear leadership direction, aligned executive team, and employees that are engaged and excited about Mondays.

Bryan brings decades of leadership experience to his advising and coaching. He has held senior leadership positions at Pacific Bell and Kaiser Permanente, and founded a successful production company, where he built an extensive portfolio of clients, such as Bank of America, Pacific Bell, AT&T, and Microsoft. His work on a children’s television program resulted in a regional Emmy Award. He is currently Board Chair of a non-profit organization, in addition to his successful work with Vision to Reality Coaching®’s clients. He uses and builds on that wide-ranging leadership experience in supporting his clients.
