Bryan brings decades of real-world leadership experience to his advising and coaching. He has held senior leadership roles at Pacific Bell and Kaiser Permanente, and he founded a successful production company serving clients including Bank of America, Pacific Bell, AT&T, and Microsoft. His work on a children’s television program earned a regional Emmy Award. He is also a former Board Chair of a non-profit. This breadth of experience helps him meet leaders where they are—balancing strategy, performance, and people—while staying grounded in what works in the day-to-day realities of leadership.
